Version 147 of Hook’s app-integration scripts is now available with updates for Notes, Drafts, Bear, PDFpenPro

  1. Linkbacks inserted in Notes and Drafts that point to non-hook://file// resources now also work (this forum topic)
  2. optimized PDFpenPro integration, with special thanks to @jacob. (This forum topic).
  3. Hook to New > Bear now adds linkbacks inside the notes, like it does for Apple Notes, Drafts and OmniFocus.

How to get the updated integration

Hook’s automatic software update (if enabled) automatically updates Hook’s integration scripts without you needing to relaunch Hook. Using Hook’s Check for App Updates and Update Scripts command also updates the scripts, without you needing to relaunch Hook.

We also bundle Hook’s integration scripts with the Hook installer itself, of course. But Hook’s app updates are less frequent than the integration updates from Hook’s integration server.
