This is a different feature request than the current capability of deep linking from an object to an OmniOutliner row.
What I am proposing is hooking (or linking) a current OmniOutliner row to an object (as opposed to linking an object to an OmniOutliner row). This request is analogous to hooking an OmniFocus task to an object.
When you currently bring up the Hookmark window within an OmniOutliner document, you can only hook to the global document no matter where your cursor sits in the document.
I know you can copy Hookmark links directly into the notes section of each row. However, the Hookmark window is a constant presence in most other use cases (e.g. files, folders, DevonThink groups/smart groups/documents, OmniFocus folders/projects) so it just seems that it would make sense to incorporate it into OmniOutliner rows.
My specific use case is similar to forum post ( Custom Dashboard using Hook in OmniOutliner ) but instead of embedding the links in the notes section, I would prefer to access them using the Hookmark window.
