Hookmark Bookmarks Window at Login - Can I Change to Background Only?

Is there any way to bypass the Hookmark Bookmarks Window at Login? Can I Change any setting that would start Hookmark to run in the background only, on the menubar?

Yes. Please go to Settings window→Advanced→Turn off “Show Dock Icon”.
