Hook to Curio figure not working?

From this old post it seems that it should be possible to select an individual figure on Curio’s canvas (“idea space”), click Hook in the menubar, and get a Hook link to that specific figure.

Doesn’t actually work that way in Curio. Hook only hooks to the entire document. Is there some slight–of-hand we should be using?

There’s an alternative method for creating a hook to Curio mentioned in this technical document here:

This will allow you to create curio:// links instead of hook:// links.

We have a change arriving soon in the upcoming Curio 23 that will allow support for even more robust deep hyperlinks into Curio projects.

Thank you. This is exactly what I wanted. Should be Hook’s default behavior vis-à-vis Curio, I believe.
