Hook links not working between computers

At least to the extent that Outlook is being used with an Office 365 email account, can you solve it by retrieving the Outlook Web URL for the message? Zapier is able to identify a unique URL for any Office 365 email so there must be a way to do this somehow

Office 365 Email Integration

I know it is possible to use Hook to integrate with various desktop email readers. But since I use multiple computers it is much easier to use web-based email from Office 365. One feature missing from Office 365 web email is a the ability to create a hyperlink back to a specific email item. Interestingly, however, it is possible using Zapier to create just such a hyperlink - so the feature is supported by Microsoft but for some reason it is not part of the Office 365 web app. Given that back…
