As a policy, CogSci Apps does not play favorites amongst apps with which it integrates. However, as a general rule we favor apps that are linkable with proper automation. Several app developers and professors, including myself, originated the Manifesto for Ubiquitous Linking, and many others have signed it (if you haven’t yet, please do.) The manifesto basically asserts that, through automation and the user interface, users need to be able to link the data of the software they use.
