I hope you are all doing well.
I am having a bit of a problem at my Mac Studio M1(OS Ventura 13.7.1).
Why am I prompted to “activate” when I restart my Mac?
In previous versions, the problem did not occur even after rebooting.
After upgrading to ver.6.5 this time,
When restarting, I will always be asked to “activate”.
Why should I do evry time after my Mac M1 rebooting?
It is strange that no one seems to have had the same problem, in this Forum.
I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice on how to improve it.
Yours, WAKAMATSU
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with Hookmark, @Hook8Kuni .
Do you mean on the same machine, same macOS version, Hookmark v6.4 does not have this problem?
Do you have network drive?
Anything new, such as new hardware, new apps are added to your mac recently?
Sorry for so many questions, we will try to reporduce the problem on our end.
Thank you
I will answer your questions.
Currently using Mac Studio OS Ventura ver.13.7.1, WiFi Network.
There were no problems with Hookmark ver.6.4 (I believe this ver.).
This is an issue that occurred after purchasing this version upgrade.
To start using this Mac Studio M1, follow the same steps as this time.
- Enter the activation code of Hook.app that you originally purchased.
- Enter the activation code of the Hookmark app that you have within its expiration date.
All items were used after checking the comments of “valid purchase”.
There were no problems until the upgrade the other day.
I believe that the problem has been resolved
by Dr.LucB’s proposal via email this morning.
Thank you very much.
