We design Hookmark to meet all your linking needs, meaning we aim to cover all major and edge cases. Hookmark can be thought of as a “Swiss Army knife” for linking. Some random examples
- Copy As Universal Link and its variants enable you to create links that can be pasted in web apps that do not like custom links (Notion, Google Docs, Discourse forums such a this one, etc.)
- Copy Link for Apple Mail copies links that you can paste in Apple Mail without losing the title of the link.
- Copy a Search Link from Clipboard takes the content of the clipboard and creates a link for it which when clicked will invoke Spotlight to search for that content. That can be used for working around apps that are not link-friendly but indexed by Spotlight.
- Automatically removing cruft from link URLs.
