For instance, select a person’s profile on Twitter , like mine, and Hook to New. Thereafter you can use the twitter profile as a hub to get to your local notes about the person. Ditto for LinkedIn or a linkable contact manager. Of course, you can hook any other resource to the item so you can navigate between them in Hook.
