TIP: Navigate the contextual network of information of HOOKED and INDIRECTLY HOOKED items

When you get in the habit of hooking items together, Hookmark accumulates a growing network of information resources. Here’s an example network (not that Hookmark can yet allow you to visualize this network; that’s the next topic.)

You can navigate this network to your heart’s content. There are two ways to do this:

  1. Navigating the HOOKED items section or
  2. Viewing and navigating the list of INDIRECTLY HOOKED items.

Here’s an example of what this looks like in Hookmar’s context window focused on PDF-A.

The INDIRECTLY HOOKED items is a flat list of items connected 2 or more degrees from the focused (title) item.
