When finding the same file, the file is associated with the Pages app. There is no hookmark file. See the screenshot attached. Sometimes there is only the ability to open the file with hookmark.

Yes. They are the same file.
My hookmark ran out; I’m still on Version 6.2 (6017; Integration v. 400).
MacOS is Tahoe 26.5
It’s doing it with more files now for some reason.
I tried to reproduce the problem on my Mac, but no luck so far.
Could you please turn off Hookmark’s Finder extension in System Settings and see if it helps? This extension has been taken out in Hookmark 7.1.
Hookmark’s Finder extension did affect it at first, but then it seemed to come back, including with other filetypes.
My apologies for the delay. I cannot take a screenshot of spotlight search, so I procrastinated after failing to find a way around that. In the end I’ve take a photo with a camera instead.
Idea: I don’t know how feasible this is, but if I had something like a short 1 week trial to the latest Hookmark upgrade I could test with that?
