Skim linking to the wrong file if snapshots open

I noticed a subtle bug in hook links with skim. Example:

open PDF1, take a skim snapshot of some part of PDF1
open PDF2 with skim

Then, if I try to create a hook link to PDF2 within skim, it would only point to PDF1.
