Validation error mesage says I tried to apply standard license to pro license activated mac.
How to extend license with standard license?

I am having a similar problem. My pro-license had elapsed and so I tried to renew but did something wrong. And I think I have purchased moire than one license renewal - upgrade. Here is the error message I get:

I have resent your original Hookmark license. Please apply it to your Mac and it should fix the problem.
I have also refunded your purchase for Hookmark standard update license, because you have Hookmark PRO license and has been renewed.

Hi. I have this same problem. I send messages to tech support and they bounce. Did receive a link from Paddle. It took me to a download page along with the license. Have uninstalled old Hook version. Starting clean with latest version. Takes me again to the problem described above.
