No Linkable Item in Safari appears frequently while using MacOS11.7.8 BigSur? ?
I deal with it by running tccutil reset Accessibility com.cogsciapps.hook each time.
Is there a solution to avoid having to do this every time?

Perhaps Console output might tell the cause of corruption.
