Problem with high CPU usage

Hookmark is typically using 90+% CPU (as seen in Activity Monitor) and causing my iMac’s fan to run - which is always a sign of high usage on my machine.

This problem has persisted over a number of weeks though not on a daily basis. I am a low used of Hookmark with only a few links so far.

I can email a sample process, if you wish.

I am using Hookmark 6.2 on Mac OS 12.7.5
