Possible issue with Bookends and Hookmark

Hello,

I’m troubleshooting a bug with Bookends and it seems there is a possible issue with Hookmark. I’m writing just to see if anyone has any thoughts or insight into this issue.

In the Bookends format manager, I have been unable to save custom field orders for citations. While working with Sonny Software’s creator, Jon, and not finding any obvious solutions, I recalled how I once had a mysterious bug related to Things 3 and Hookmark. The solution for that was to disable Hookmark’s feature “show current item’s number of hooks in menu bar icon”. I figured I’d give it a try and it seems to have solved the issue.

Does this make any sense? Any thoughts?

The format function(for title) in the script causes this problem. The script has been updated, version 283.

Could you please update your script and see if it solves the issue?
