Option to have the bookmark window always be on top?

When I call Hookmark via shortcut, its window is on top of all other windows as expected, but if I then use the keyboard shortcut I have set up for “Show Bookmarks Window” that window pop up (down?) under other active window which makes it a pretty useless shortcut. It would be great if that window also showed above anything else, or at least have a pref option for that as a default behavior.

Note: same behavior when clicking the button in the Hookmark window…
