Brett Terpstra’s Marked app is Hookmark’s Partner of the Month for September.
Marked is a Mac app for previewing, reviewing, and exporting Markdown and other text-based documents. I use it myself to preview Markdown files while I’m writing. It’s a great way to separate the editing view from the reading view and see how a document actually looks as a finished piece.
Marked 3, released earlier this year, is a major update that expands Marked’s capabilities well beyond its original Markdown previewing role, including improved document-format support and new reading and review features.
Marked and Hookmark also make a natural pair: Marked helps you work with the document itself, while Hookmark helps connect that document to the rest of the project around it.
