Make "Show Hook window" shortcut a show/hide toggle

. Press again, the entry window disappears. With Hook, to dismiss the Hook window we have to press ⎋ (escape). For convenience, it would be useful if Hook adopted the “normal” toggling behavior for such shortcuts.
