Hello, I’m new to hookmark, want to know the shortcut to appear the hookmark window without saving a hook.

You can use shortcuts defined in Hookmark Settings window→Shortcuts.
Hookmark only saves a bookmark when you do “Copy Link” in different format, “Hook to New”, “Hook to copied link” or “Add bookmark without copying”. You can find these functions in Hookmark action menu.
