How to contact Hookmark technical support

After a recent return to Hookmark and purchasing (renewing, upgrading) my license. I am unable to perform many basic functions. I think the problem has something to do with my new-renewed licenses. Communcation with Paddle has led to email messages being sent to CogSci technical support. However, I have received no reply or confirmation that these emails were received. Perhaps they were not directed to the proper group.

How should I contact technical support for help?
