Hookmark wants to read your mind

In case you have not noticed, Hookmark’s context window contains a link recommendation system in the section called RELATED. You can enable and disable this section with ⌥⌘R (or by clicking through the UI).

This differs from web recommendation systems in that

  1. it is not just recommending web pages, but also files, emails, documents, tasks notes, datasets, figures, etc.
  2. web recommendations generally provide spammy links that are designed to serve the goals of the web sites that provide them. They want to keep you on their site and monetize their advertising.

Hookmark in contrast simply wants to show you links to information you want to access next, regardless of the app the information is in.

Luc, this is a great feature. It could be improved even further if there would be something like an MCP connector to an AI to be able to run this on its own. The way I understand it so far, it’s a manual lookup from the Hookmark window. If we could automate it, that would be even more helpful.
