Hookmark No Longer Working in Capacities

When using Hookmark with Capacities, the Hookmark command bar briefly flashes on the screen and disappears immediately, preventing me from using it.

I am running Hookmark Pro version 6.6.1 (6140) (Scripts version 349) and Capacities Version 1.44.13 (1.44.13).
