Hi all,
I’m an PhD candidate using Ulysses, Zotero, Anytype, and Hookmark to manage my dissertation research. It is a labrynthian process that makes sense to me and is flexible enough to keep ducks in relative rows. Anytype is a flexible database that I use to store notes, research, documents, etc. I sometimes use Hookmark to connect an Anytype object to a document in Ulysses. For example, I am hooking a Ulysses draft document to an outline note in Anytype. Currently, Anytype isn’t linkable– I think this probably has something to do with data structure on the backend. Anytype does support deeplinking, however!
Right now, the process involves getting the deeplink from Anytype, navigating to the Ulysses document, and then using “Hook to copied link” to hook them together. This feels like it could be streamlined, but I’m not savvy enough with Hookmark to figure it out. Any pointers or tips on how to get this process a little more streamlined would be very helpful! I also understand if this isn’t possible!
