Two questions… when creating a PDF from a webpage, what do we do about websites behind a paywall? The PDF from Hookmark is clipped to the preview and not the whole page.
Second, I use DEVONthink for my PDF storage. Is there a way to create a new PDF with Hookmark and have it put into DEVONthink at the same time? I tried using the DEVONthink Inbox, which did pull the PDF in, but there was no hook connected to the file with that way.
For now, Hookmark can’t work with a web page that requries authentication.
If you know the path, you can specify the path in Hookmark Settings window:

Thanks for your response. I should have been more specific in my description of the problem. Let me give you a scenario.
I go to a webpage and want to use Hookmark to create a new PDF that lands in DEVONthink. I invoke Hookmark and choose “Hook to New PDF.” As expected, two new hooks appear in the Bookmark Window - one for the webpage and one for the new PDF file in DEVONthink. Perfect.
Go to the original webpage and invoke Hookmark again and the two Hookmark bookmarks show. Go to the Bookmark window and both new bookmarks are linked to each other. Perfect.
Go to the new PDF that was created in DEVONthink and invoke Hookmark, but no link back to the original webpage appears.
I don’t even know how the links can be right in the Bookmark Window but not there in DEVONthink, when one of the hooks is TO A FILE in DEVONthink.
