I’m trying to get started using Hook with The Archive
Is it possible to use “Hook to New” to create a new note in The Archive? I tried simply having Hook put a .txt file in The Archive’s folder but there don’t seem to be any link back when I do that! thanks in advance
No it’s not possible, unless The Archive has added some AppleScript. Last time we checked it was not linkable via automation.
We recommend getting in touch with the developer or selecting an app whose dev values automation. It’s the best way to connect knowledge. An app is not truly linkable without it: Manifesto for Ubiquitous Linking.
