Hi,
I’m running Hookmark (Setapp) Version 6.4 (6099; Integration v. 343), and whenever I select Hook to New..., Hookmark just hangs indefinitely and I have to force quit it. Is this a known bug?

We haven’t heard about this issue yet.
Does “Copy Link” work well?
If you select a default template in Hookmark Preferences window->Notes->Templates->Default, then select Hook to default template, will than hang Hookmark?
Please go to Hookmark Preferences window->Notes->Templates->Open Templates Folder in Finder, then delete “built-in templates”. Try “Hook to New…” again and see if that help.

Yes, that works fine. I think everything except “Hook to New…” was working.
I couldn’t find a way to set the default template to Hook (it’s not in the dropdown menu) but restoring the built-in templates with this button fixed it:
