My update period has ended. And now, each time I launch hook, I see the window with hook license agreement
And I see the new disk in finder.
Is it possible to disable such behavior? It distracts me.
Also, how can I disable hooks autostart?
This has nothing to do with the Updates period. This can happen if you previously launched Hook from the disk image (.dmg file) that you got when you first downloaded Hook. The solution for this is to compress the disk image and discard it.
This is set in System preferences, so we’d rather not duplicate the functionality (though we know many apps choose to duplicate the functionality):
Apple menu > System Preferences > Users & Groups > select Hook > hit the “-” button.
