Hook 3.2.1 public Release Candidate available

Hook 3.2.1 (4467; Integration v. 174) Release Candidate is now available for download from its Release Notes page.

This is not necessarily a final release of Hook 3.2.1.

This simply fixes a bug that prevented some users from changing the keyboard shortcuts for Hook in its Shortcuts preferences tab.
