File location as title for markdown link

I would like to use the machine name and path to file as the title of a markdown link. Is that possible or could be considered as an option in the near future?

The best way IMO to ensure I can find the way back to a file I referred in a note, even if in a different machine or a few years latter, is to have the machine id and path to the file. While if possible, I just use the hook link. That’s why I’m looking for this redundant solution.

Also, I first tried a few solutions on my own to do this but until now I can only do it manually step-by-step: get path, get hook link, open note, type (etc).
