Do I need Hookmark Pro in order to save OmniFocus project links to my Desktop/Finder?

Hello, I recently completed the free trial of Hookmark and bought the Standard version.

While I was using the trial version, I was able to create a link via ⌃H and drag a link that would take me directly to an OmniFocus project that I could store on my Desktop or Finder. The link was a .inetloc file.

I can’t seem to recreate this functionality with the Standard version. Do I need to purchase Pro? Would I also need to purchase Pro if I wanted to create links/desktop files to specific notes in Apple Notes, or drafts in Drafts?

Thanks for any insight if this is possible in the Standard version. If it is possible, could someone please tell me what are the exact steps after I press ⌃H?

Thank you for contacting us, @omnirik .

Do you mean you get the link by “Copy Link”? Then you don’t need Hookmark PRO.

Or could you please send us some screenshots?

Thank you

Hi, thank you for your reply!

I can “Copy Link”, but I can’t paste it to my Desktop or Finder - which is where I would like to store my quick access to OmniFocus projects/Apple Notes notes/Drafts drafts. Does that make more sense?

Hello, I suppose a simpler way to frame my question is: What version of Hookmark do I need in order to be able to add files to my Desktop/Finder that I can click on directly to access an OmniFocus project, an Apple Notes note, or a Drafts draft?

I guess you meant Hookmark file. You can create a Hookmark file via Action menu->Make Hookmark File. You can set the folder for Hookmark file in Hookmark preferences->General->Hookmark Folder

Sorry this requries Hookmark PRO.
