Cannot find my Hookmark Standard license activation email

Hi,

I have Hookmark Standard activated on my current Mac, version 6.2.

In Hookmark Preferences > Update, it says:

“Your Hookmark Standard Updates license expired on or before 2024/7/19.”

I can still use Hookmark on this Mac, but I cannot find my original license email or activation link. I already emailed support@cogsciapps.com, but I have not received a reply yet.

Could someone from the Hookmark team help me recover or resend the activation link for my Hookmark Standard license?

Sorry for some reason, I couldn’t find your email.

Could you please send a screenshot of your Hookmark about window to us? I couldn’t find your order using email like chen****@outlook.com.

Hi,

Thank you for your help.

I have now downloaded an older compatible version of Hookmark and was able to activate it successfully.

So this issue is resolved now. You no longer need to check the email addresses for me.
