We currently use a shared Dropbox folder to sync our Hookmark links. Could iCloud be used to sync Hookmark links and files in a multi-user environment (like a small law firm) if all users had access to a shared iCloud Drive folder? Would this also make Hookmark links usable with the upcoming iOS app?
That was not an intended usage, but it should work. We are running some tests here to be sure.
If the group is very large there may be a performance hit.
we can confirm that this works. Please keep in mind that all links will be shared. There’s no option to simply share a subset of one’s links. It’s all or none.
