Badge doesn't vanish

The Hookmark icon in the Launchpad still shows 1 link, though there is none.

I erased Hookmark completely together with all dependencies using AppCleaner. Then I reinstalled v5.1.3 from dmg. No badge . Then I updated to v6.1 and the badge reappeared.
