When I’m working on a project, if I have questions or comments to pass on to a particular person (or group of people), I group them together as I go along in an e-mail that will be sent to that person when the time comes.
My problem is that it seems that every time I edit this mail (draft document), the path (or link) that allows me to access it is modified, with the result that hookmarks can no longer find the mail…
Is there a way to update the address that leads to this e-mail, or is there another solution that would allow me to work with draft e-mails and Hookmarks?
Currently this is out of Hookmark’s control. I tried to solve the problem by using a folder under Draft(Hookmark can link to a mail folder if there is no email is selected), but it seems an email draft can’t be saved there.
Is it possible you save the draft in a text document and then move the text to email?
I can indeed take these notes on another application and then retrieve them when writing the mail but it adds a step in the process and there is the risk that I forget to refer to these notes when I write the mail …
Thank you for taking the time and I wish you happy holidays!
