we are using Airmail for Business, which should have the same functionality as Airmail. Unfortunately, I cannot get linking to work (No linkable item found). Is there any way to make this work?

Could you please update Hookmark script and see if it fixes the problem?(Hookmark preferences window->Updates->Check now).
