Having tried several over the years, Agenda is a keeper, and with an active, focused development process it keeps getting better. DEVONthink is my very well cross referenced document manager.
Obsidian and Logseq are great choices, especially if you’re into the whole knowledge management game. I’ve dabbled with them myself and found them pretty intuitive. But if you’re looking for something a bit more ephemeral for those quick meeting or class notes, have you checked out NotesOnline?
