# \[resolved\] Reverting to Hook 1.8 error

As written [here](https://discourse.hookproductivity.com/t/hook-version-2-0-3837-is-now-available/2129/4) new Hook version 2.0.1 uses 5% + CPU ongoing in the background.
When trying to revert to Hook 1.8 as described [here](https://hookproductivity.com/release-notes/hook-2-0) I get this error:
Any idea how to solve it would be highly appreciated.
