License Upgrade - Kludgy

I’ve had multiple emails back and forth with support on this while my license was active and then had to purchase an upgrade this morning. The license upgrade process needs serious work. I’ve sent emails to support on this and from browsing over the forum I don’t think I’m the only one that has experienced issues. Is this something that the team is working on? I shouldn’t have to contact support while I have an active license just for the software to function properly.
