Invoking mission control on dragging

I am trialling out Hookmark, and have encountered a problem.I’m using Golden Gate so I’m not sure whether it’s an issue with that or with Hookmark.

Basically, when I drag a file to the Hookmark icon in the menu bar, it invokes Mission Control, and I am unable to put the file in the Hookmark window.I have turned off all the settings in Mission Control and Hot Corners and I’m quite an experienced Mac user, so I know how to turn all the settings off.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to Hookmark forum, @apb123 .

It seems it is an Apple bug and there is a bug number for this issue: FB23018381.

On my mac, if I drag the file to Hookmark menubar icon and hold a few seconds, Hookmark drop window will show.

Alternatively, you can use Hookmark Finder services.

  1. Select the files you want to hook together
  2. Right click on the file ->Services->Hookmark: Hook Selected Files Together

Please let us know if it works for you.

Thank you
