Have you ever tried to paste a well-formatted link (one that has both a title and a URL) into Apple Mail and been frustrated that it shows up only as a URL? Well you are not alone! Ever since macOS 14, Apple Mail has had a bug in it, or maybe a new stultifying “feature”, which vitiates links. It means that to get a properly formatted link, you need to use the `Add Link...` command — unless you have Hookmark.

Hookmark’s solution is here: [How to Paste Links in Apple Mail With the Title, Not Just the URL](https://hookproductivity.com/blog/2024/11/how-to-paste-links-in-apple-mail-with-the-title-not-just-the-url/).

Enjoy sharing your links via Apple Mail again.
