Can I get file path directly instead of opening file when clicking a hook file url

I know I can first reveal the file in the finder via hookmark and then copy its path, but it takes several steps. Can I write an applescript or something like that to control the action of opening a file link? I hope that when I click a hook file link, the file path is just copied to my clipboard, then I can open it in terminal neovim.

Welcome to the Hookmark Forum , @Tokubara . And thanks for asking.

If you are asking about opening hooks that have hook://file/ as a URL, that may well be possible with Keyboard Maestro. You can presumably use it to copy the link. Once you have a handle on the link you can use Hookmark’s AppleScript to do a look up of the path. And with the path you can do anything that macOS / automation supports.
