We got a PM from a user today who mentioned that in his experience, Hook works with [‎CalcTape Paper Tape Calculator on the Mac App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/calctape-paper-tape-calculator/id945336271) (by schoettler Software GmbH). I haven’t tried the app myself, but it sounds a bit like [Soulver 3, a notepad with calculator ( Hook Productivity Forum)](https://discourse.hookproductivity.com/t/hook-integration-scripts-v-153-now-available-support-for-soulver-3-a-notepad-with-calculator/2615).

If you give it a try please feel free to let us know about your experience.

(For those who are new to Hook: Hook is designed to work “out of the box” with many apps, i.e., without additional integration effort. So Hook is likely compatible with many more apps than are listed on [the linkable apps page](https://hookproductivity.com/what-mac-apps-are-compatible-with-hook-app). Hook has a software integration framework with a [Scripts editor](https://hookproductivity.com/help/preferences/script-editor/)), for those apps that require a bit of extra customization).
